Cellar bar & wine

But, where shall I begin here?

Perhaps there, where Gabi and I are pulled together and we had to consider ourselves, how we could extend Gabi's "Fasan" ( it's the original Bistro-Bar from a German TV-show ) with my "wine bar"?

That was everything else but "times evenly".

How it began with my wine-bar?

The cosy and sociability, itself with one (or two, or three...) glass of wine broad, caused me to arrange the cellar bar under the slogan "wine". For five years I collected everthing about wine. Meanwhile thus already everything in the bar has found a suitable place.

In the meantime my cellar existence covers about 130 bottles red wine from half dry to dry, 50 bottles white wine, likewise half dry to dry, a few Rosés and a always full 10 litres - barrel.

... and what about Gabi?

A house without a cellar bar is like a fish without bicycle. Also Gabi's friends, when they set man and mouse in motion, imagined it the ' Fasan ' from GZSZ procured, from Berlin in Hassum broke in and a cellar bar develop, which looks for its same.

How could we combine modern with rustikal? Completely simply: we did it!

The result: A cellar bar of the superlative!



Against us, our passion to wine spread in the family and friend circle.

"in your cellar bar it is soo leisurely..."; and ready is the new wine order.

But no matter, fun wants to be lubricated.
